Co4Health - Competences for Healthy Building in Construction Professions

Co4Health develops a transferable model for the integration of innovations in vocational training - exemplary for competencies in the field of healthy construction. It incorporates current strategies for digitalization

It is based on the latest findings on ecological construction, is oriented to current strategies for digitization and takes into account the different framework conditions in the participating project countries.

In this way, we ensure the sustainable adaptation of project results and the contemporary modernization of vocational training programs for education and training in the construction sector.

The model includes:

  • a matrix with competence requirements for healthy construction
  • learning units for use in training in various construction professions
  • training for teachers and training staff
  • Action plans for capacity building of VET institutions with strategies for quality assurance, strengthening inclusion and internationalization
  • Recommendations for regulatory policy

With the innovative "Healthy Construction Model", Co4Health contributes to the quality assurance of vocational training and to the improvement of the employability of young professionals and the competitiveness of the European construction industry.
